Dr. Jose is a board certified ophthalmologist practicing in the Chicagoland area since 2021. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison for his undergraduate degree, the University of Illinois College of Medicine, interned at Ascension Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston and performed his ophthalmology residency at Loyola University.
He has extensive surgical experience in cataract surgery, including the use of femto laser for cataract surgery, implantations of multifocal, accommodative, and toric intraocular implants.
He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Illinois Association of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Jose enjoys giving back to the community and does so by supporting various local charities. He is married and has one wonderful son with another on the way. He is a big Chicago Sports fan.
